I was having this issue with Spotify too. I found there is some sort of glitch that even if you have a premium Spotify account, it will say it's only a free account on the Fitbit app after some time. If you go to apps, then Spotify settings, log out, then log back in. Sync your Fitbit then try the Spotify app. I've found if I log out and log in everytime right before I use it, it works with no issues. Such a pain to have to do this everytime but at least it gets it to work .Hopefully Fitbit comes out with an update to correct it .
