Has anyone else had this trouble with all of a sudden their fitbit not pairing? It seems to be within the fitbit app (up to date) when I go to Wi-Fi settings in the app it just loads and loads but never actually gets to the screen I'm sure I need. Lol I'm not sure what else to do. (I have a OnePlus 7 phone and it's been all good and well until now)

***fixed it***

 

I did a factory reset and the first time I wasn't prompted and still wouldn't pair. The second time it worked and now it's connecting no problem.
