Heart Rate Graph not showing in App

Ok So I see that there are many questions about this but no firm answers that have solved my issue.

 

The heart rate data and graph ARE showing in the FitBit.com dashboard. But,  they are not showing in my App.  I do see the heart rate is monitored and shows as resting hear Rate but when I slect that I get a new window that says NO Measurement.

I have tried,

Clear Cache,

Reboot phone

Reboot Charge 3

Uninstall App

Reinstall App

Nothing seems to solve this omgoing issue.

 

Here are the parameters of my current setup

Phone: Samsung 10E

Charge 3 - Version28.20001.8  8.11

App.  Version 3.28 (20243521)

 

 

Thoughts and mostly a solution othere than a canned , reboot, uninstall reinstall, reboot, clear cache. as none of this has worked
