I have a Galaxy S9 plus and when my phone rings, my watch just says "view". There is no name or phone number. I can see the name when I get a text. Help!

Hi @Klow21, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Please re-enable the notifications feature of your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists.
Keep me posted.
Best AnswerI have tried everything the link above recommends. I have reset the versa, cleared the cache in the app, forced stopped and reset. Still does the same thing. When I get a call it just shows 'view'. It seems since the app updated to version 3.25 the problem started. Otherwise I'm stumped...
Best AnswerUnder android phone settings and I put in search. Unfortunately, today it stopped working again and I'm back to view. Hopefully it works for you.
The Support is terrible on this forum.
Best AnswerI got it working this time and it has kept working. I went into app notifications in the fitbit app and unchecked contacts and phone. Only fitbit and email are checked and it's working perfectly. Hope that helps.
Thanks! Had the same problem on my S9+ but i actually had no apps checked when i went into app notifications, as soon as i put a check ON the phone app, i was able to see who is calling instead of it saying VIEW. Thanks!
