My versa 2 is not working. Logo flashing on and off on screen, tried holding button for 10 secs but does t work and then let go and hold again but does not work.  Its charged. Help

It has been very crazy and frustrating time with fitbit. Hopefully before
much longer they will make progress on the numerous issues we are
experiencing together. The force stop Uninstaller reinstall etc advice has
not helped me just escalated my frustration. For some it has though. Its a
place to start. Process of elimination is never fun. I'm not patient so
I've gone a different route. Always referencing back here though. Great
people, the consumers.
