My Watch is not vibrating my text messages and the app on the phone is having problems synching with correct data bern like this for 2 weeks..

To be sure, if it was working before, have you tried tried restarting your phone and the watch with this procedure

 

Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom]

 

Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom,

About, at the bottom, Shutdown]


Restart phone


Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]
