I purchased a versa 2 the other day but I am unable to download the o2 clock. It says I need to update my fitbit but everything was updated. Very frustrating

I noticed that no one had replied to you so I thought I would take a shot at it... I also have the Versa two but my experience was the complete opposite of yours. I was able to download the watch face and I actually use it every night. My only suggestion to help you would be to go into the settings menu on your Versa 2 and scroll all the way down to the bottom to the about link and then at the bottom of that you will find a shutdown. I find that once in awhile I need to completely shut down my Versa two, leave it for a couple of minutes and then turn it back on and whatever issue I was having at the time usually gets cleared that way. If you have already tried that and that didn't work then completely powering off your phone and bringing that back I find sometimes will work.

Hi @jclay67, welcome to the Community Forums. @BitPhit thanks for your input.
Thanks for the details shared about this situation with your Versa 2. I understand where your frustration comes from. Due to your watch is new, I suggest checking if there's an update pending for it, for instructions see How do I update my Fitbit device?
I'll be around.

Having the same issue with the Charge 4. Tech support said i would have to deal with it ubtil they get ready to force another update. Nice to know Fitbit sells devices that dont do what they say they do. Have had the device for 10 days bur it will be another week ir so before any resolution happens so i am told by tech support.
