Keeps saying connecting to your Fitbit Versa 2 and then just keeps running until I get a message that it failed. Tryed bluetooth and wifi.

My Versa2 was same, I tried to reboot and change setting but was not working.
So, I got Technical Support and probably they did something on the network for me. Then they said retry to reboot. After rebooting, the update was worked. You should contact to the Technical Support.
