Versa 2 Firmware Update Disabled All Devices?

Fitbit app suggested a firmware update and despite previously having charge both my phone and watch are completely unresponsive. will not display ,charge and in the case of the phone cannot be recognised by a PC. 

 

The Phone is a Sony Xperia XZ premium running android. 

 

I have tried multiple button combinations, chargers, sockets etc.

Tried shutting down my versa 2, because wasn't sinking after update now wont turn back on
