I just bought a versa 2 and it will not sync to my galaxy a 10 e, I have tried everything it says to do multiple times. I come on here to find there is a bunch of syncing issues. Should I just return the versa???

Regarding your concern, Fitbit has a 45-day return policy, so anything purchased directly from Fitbit can be returned for a refund for any reason within 45 days of shipment. If you've purchased from a retailer, you can return your product directly to the retailer, following their return process.
