Versa 2 will not sync

Won't sync, update, can't find phone to pair with Bluetooth constantly searching.

mine was doing the same thing turn it off and back on its working now  to restart your watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and the release the button. hope it works for you

Hello @tybeegirl and @adater 

Have you looked at the troubleshooting doc

The below are the major steps that help me. There are more steps in the troubleshooting doc. 

  • Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth. (This may not be possible if you can not find your phone @tybeegirl)
  • Cleared the Fitbit App Cache
  • Stop the fitbit app through the phones settings. Swiping out of memory will not work. 
  • Restarted both the tracker and the phone. Better yet, do a shutdown of both. 
  • Instead of simply logging out, if I'm going to, I clear the fitbit data.
