Was wondering if someone could help me here, my versa 2 won't receive email or texts from my Android. I have done everything right and followed all the advice in the forums. Is there a bug issue here?

Not sure if it is a bug issue.my wife and I got fitbits versa 2 together and her's works perfect.mine is like yours can't sync or get notifications

I am having the same issue. I have just received the Versa 2 as a gift. I thought I would really like it and now without being able to get notifications I am unsure if I will even keep the device. I have looked through many online posts and nothing has worked. i never see any of the text messages or calendar appointments...

I am having this exact same issue. I've done everything suggested by the Fitbit links, no luck. My Versa2 worked yesterday but stopped mid to late afternoon yesterday.
