I've had my Versa 2 for a little over a year. It was working great up until the 1-year mark. Now it won't stay connected to the GPS on my Samsung Note 20. I've tried everything, even resetting to factory, and nothing seems to work. I've checked all my settings, according to troubleshooting guide and still nothing. Anyone have similar problems and/or a good solution? Thank you!! 😊

Hello,
Yes, I did try the 3 suggested steps above. None of those suggestions resolved the issue. After careful observation of my watch during my workout, I figured out what the problem was. I had my phone on power-saving mode, so every time my phone went to sleep, the GPS would disconnect! After I turned off power-saving mode, everything worked again!
Hope this helps anyone else who may be having the same issue!

I am having the same problem. Really frustrating and more disappointing.
This is happening to me. Really frustrating
I was hoping this would work for me. But my power saving mode is off already.
