Versa 2 won't sync and loses time

Versa 2 , not syncing for the last two days . When I say I've tried everything I mean everything . Uninstalled app , reinstalled . Turned watch on and off,  disconnected bluetooth and wifi and reconnected . Removed devise from app and reinstalled . I just want to put it in the bin now.  Only 14 months old and now the time is wrong

Have you recently upgraded the app to version 3.37? If so, there is a known bug causing connection issues for some of us. Keep an eye on the following thread where Fitbit are posting updates:

Same here. Versa lite. Less than a year old.

That's exactly the version I have now.  Good to know , I thought I may have enabled something on my phone that was causing bluetooth to drop the sync . You're a star

Sorry @LouiseMD but it is something on your phone that is causing a failure to sync and Fitbit doesn't know why.
