Versa 3 battery WARNING!
Mine become so hot I had to remove it from my arm.Scrêen started flashing bright and went dead. No reply from Fitbit.Seems VERSA 3 is junk!

Hi. @B3RTUS welcome to the community, in addition to @Guy_ advice I recommend you contact "Customer Support" again using the chat facility or phone for prompt attention. You do not mention how long you have had your Versa 3, you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty so before making your call note when & where you bought your device as the agent will need this information if a warranty claim is to be considered.

I have contacted Customer support. Got a reference no. Nothing from Fitbit yet. I have received the watch for my birthday the 1 Dec, Start using it on the 4 Dec. Not a year old. Unfortunately I did not receive the paper work from the giver, I can understand that if I do not present proof of this I cannot expect anything from Fitbit under the guarantee. At least they can just answer me. I have reported this incident so that users can be aware of this. Funny that the Versa 3 is not available anymore. Coincidence? I have considered buying another Fitbit but as a result of the poor service I will never buy a Fitbit again. Also if they had to recall 1.7 m other devices with the same problem they must be hiding something.
