Whilst updating my Versa firmware I accidentally closed the app on my phone. Ever since, my Versa has been stuck in the 'fitbit logo' screen. Plus my phone can no longer connect with it. Kinda stuck 🤦🏻:male_sign:

According to Fitbit's troubleshooting guide ( https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2047/ ) a restart of your fitbit is worth trying: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
I'd also restart your phone too. Hopefully they'll then start talking to each other again and you'll be prompted to start the update again.
