I have tried everything that a search in this community threw up but nothing works. I even tried with a different phone. I use an Oppo A7 but also tried with a Samsung M30. It connects but when the tracker screen switches off the connection is also lost. Is there a way to resolve this

Hi @Confusedrunner, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that both mobile devices, the Oppo A7 and the Samsung M30 are not listed as compatible with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with your Versa due to this compatibility concern. However, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Fitbit and then troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks very much for the advice. I tried them all but it didn't work. So is there any other way out without having to change my phone or my tracker? Thanks very much for the help!

You're welcome @Confusedrunner, your reply is also appreciated.
Thanks for taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post. As it turns out, because your Versa uses the connected-GPS feature (which means that will connect with your phone and use its GPS chip to route your exercise) using a compatible phone can be crucial. However, since the steps from my previous post didn't work, please check: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around.

Hi @RicardoFitbit thanks for the support. I had tried all this even before I approached the community for help. Nothing works. So I guess changing the phone or the tracker is the only option!
