I've got what appears to be a Versa Original (3 buttons), of which I've had for several years. The device version is 32.72.1.23 and the App Version is Android 4.38.
I am burning mobile data like nobody's business!! It is the biggest hog of data, both mobile and wifi, that I've got. I see no way to upgrade anything. I saw on the thread that the issue had been addressed but it sure hasn't for me!!

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is consuming too much mobile data.
Let me suggest trying some steps :
Firstly, try to force quit the Fitbit app, then restart your mobile phone.
Also, please check if you are using any app or clock face that constantly uses your GPS or need to download data such as weather forecasts or other information.

Still battling it. Weather forecasts? How do you tone those down? Should they be stopped completely?

I found one of the exercises using GPS and after turning that off, usage has decreased considerably. I'm still close to 100M usage for a daily average though.
