I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and just purchased a Versa Lite. It all set up and works great....but when it comes to text mags I have a problem.

 

I will recieve a text and I will get the notification on my watch, just says I recieved a mag. I have the option to open or close it.

I choose to open it and the screen on my watch goes back to the default screen and it opens the text msg on my phone.

 

How do I get the watch to display who the text is from and display the msg?

 

Or if that is even possible.

you may be affected by a bug that's causing missing text details and which fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
