Versa Lite Help needed

My Lite wouldnt sync last couple of days so I tried everything I read online including factory reset and also rebooting my phone. Today it synced once and then refused to do it again so I tried the hardboot restart and now my screen has frozen displaying a red X in a red and tbe message Data not cleared sync and try again! I cannot get it to sync now so what do I do? Its only two weeks old

I have been trying to get my Versa Lite to sync for a few days.  I am so frustrated!  I've done everything.  Uninstall fibit app and reinstall. Power off phone and restart app and blue tooth, unpair the watch with app and even do factory reset.  I got it as far as Bluetooth finding it a couple times and pairing, but it won't complete the process and eventually loses the connection again.  Ever since factory reset my watch screen stays on fitbit icon with sayings to open fitbit app to download in different languages.

Please help, I'm so frustrated and just want to be able to use my watch.  It was a Christmas gift and I had a fitbit blaze previously.

Please include the type of device you sync through so we may have an idea on how to help.

Have you tried stopping the Fitbit app or clearing cache?

Hi Rich.. Syncing with my android phone. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice

Hi,I am syncing through a Samsung S 10.It only syncs once in a while and only for a short time and then loses connection.  Once it syncs I try to do Versa Lite update, but it is never able to complete, it ends up giving red X.  I have tried everything and since I did the factory reset a couple days ago, my fitbit screen stays on logo saying todownload app, so I can't even try to do another factory reset.This has been about a week and I'm so frustrated. I depend on my watch for my step count and usually only take it off to charge so I am lost without it.Please HELP.Thank you!

I was finally able to get my Versa Lite to sync and complete update.  My watch face then finally showed the time and step count; however within minutes it stopped syncing with my Samsung S10 and now shows the wrong time and steps aren't syncing on to my fitbit app.
I did clear the cache, dont know what else I can do to make this sync and work right.
Please help and thank you!
