This is my 3rd versa lite and it seems that after a while when there is an app update it struggles to sync even after all the suggested ways to try and fix it. Hoping I don't have to replace it again because I really do love it when it works and I'm still under the extended warranty I purchased. But for some reason this always happens when I'm about to head out of town. Here I am 2 weeks from a trip with a fitbit that can't keep time and doesn't sync with my phone. Hoping to avoid a factory reset because that always ends up killing my versa lite and making it unusable.
