Versa Lite screen stopped registering touch and now wont turn on

About an hour ago I started having problems with the touch screen not registering anything. I tried restarting my watch and now the screen isnt working at all. All I'm getting it a blue-black lit screen. Is anyone else experiencing trouble with this? Pls help!

I forgot to mention, but my app wont register my watch at all.
