Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. As it turns out, the Kindle Fire 10 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, we cannot ensure that our products and services will work as the way they were designed.
However, to better assist you with this, can you please provide more details about the actual issue you're experiencing with the Sleep tile? Is your device not recording sleep or when you sync it sleep information is not transferred into your account? If possible, please send me a screenshot of what are you looking so we can move forward.
