I noticed today that the syncing/notification thread has been closed because it was "resolved" by the latest patch. I still have a garbage Fitbit because it was *not* resolved and I still cannot sync with it to set it back up after I factory reset it in an attempt to fix it.
And before you send me off to try all tge troubleshooting techniques to try to "fix" my issues, know that I have already tried them, *and* I worked with Fitbit tech support who told me that I should be able to set it up after the "fix."
I seem to recall seeing quite a few people on the closed thread mention that the fix didn't work for them, and I can't believe this issue is closed with so many people still not able to use their Fitbits.

Mine looked like it was trying to work yesterday with.a few messages but no messages are coming through today.
I am shopping for a Galaxy watch now but I hate to have to buy one because I just spent $300 on the Fitbit Sense in January.
I am so disappointed!

Same thing here it wasn't working back in May. I upgraded my phone to an Android 11. It worked for a month, yesterday it started all the same issues. It doesn't sync or it partially syncs, forget having it send calls and texts from my phone! I went through all of the troubleshooting steps again. Today I start searching for a new type of smart watch. I am tired of dealing with this stupid app! Fitbit you are losing my business, not that you care or you would fix this app that people have complained about for months. A 3.6 rating on the PlayStore reviews must be good enough for Fitbit🤨
