Wondering if anyone can shed light on why I've never been able to upload photo's in fitbit community on the app?

 

It just freezes & kicks me off the app?

@Jus89 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

Let's try the following troubleshooting: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 
- Clear the app cache 
- Restart your phone 
- Log back in and try again

Hi, thanks for the reply.

 

I've tried all of the above. Even deleted & reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to be working so I'm at a loss.
