Versa No longer works

My versa has gone dark and no longer works. Not a year old.

In the hope that this is just a software glitch, I would try restarting your versa using this procedure:

If that doesn't help then it's probably best to contact customer support. As you will still be within warranty they can advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
