Versa Notifications not apperaing with my new phone

I recencently changed from a Huawei p10 pro to a Huawei mate 20 pro. And althought the steps heartbeat sleep and all of that syncs, the notifications dont appear at all!

Bluetooth is on, All day Sync is on, notifications are seleted and on the watch the notification is set to on.

 

I have reset the phone.

Does the Fitbit app have permission to read the notifications? 

Can you read the notifications on the phone while the phone is locked? 

Go to phone settings, apps, Fitbit, Battery, set to allow background and turn power management off.

heya, thanks for the reply.

yeah i can get notifications on the phone whilist locked and the fitbit app is set to run in the background with no pwer management
