Versa Sync problems Samsung Galaxy

When will the sync problems be solved? It does not sync for 4 days now and I had the problems earlier the problem seems to come back regularly

Let me help you out to get your Fitbit to sync.

 

In this case I'd say that we try to follow these steps. They should definitely help in getting your Fitbit to sync correctly once again.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask what Samsung Galaxy phone is it that you are using? What Fitbit app version and Android version are you using?

Hi, I have a Galaxy A5 (2017), the Versa version is 2.76 (3213302) Beta and Android version A520FXXU5CRGB (last update 11 August 2018)

Thanks for sharing those details!

 

This might be happening because the Galaxy A5 is not currently on the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone and thus some issues might happen.

 

There is chance that it can work as long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, however we cannot guarantee that it will. Some users that do not have have supported phones have mentioned that following the steps I shared above has helped them, so maybe you could give it a shot.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I do not think it is a version problem of my telephone. I am using my much older Versa watch instead of my Versa 2 and that older one is working fine also synqing.

I think my Versa 2 is defective. Do you know how to get a new one of Fitbit under quarantee, who will give free replacement?
