Best AnswerI have an Alta HR and the same thing has started happening to me. I think, but I am not absolutely sure, that it coincided with an Android update on my phone. After the update, my Fitbit lasts less than a day and nothing I have done so far has resolved the issue.
Best AnswerAs of today, no response from fitbit and now an email asking if I received an answer from the replies. The replies are other Fitbit users having the same issue, so clearly they have not read any part of this thread. Very disappointed in the lack of response from fitbit.
