It sounds like you are using an app that is not free and it is prompting you to pay for it. Your options would be to follow the instructions and pay or remove the app.

Best AnswerHi, @FreshDaisy if you are repeatedly being prompted to pay for an app you have already purchased then you should definitely get in touch with the developer (unfortunately Fitbit can’t help with this, as all the paid for apps are third party, not Fitbit). You can probably find contact details where you originally downloaded the app.
