Versa does not stay connected to Samsung Note 8.

My Fitbit Versa will not stay connected to my Samsung Note 8. I have tried resetting the app as well as the phone. Every time the phone turns back on it connects for a few minutes however after a few minutes the Fitbit stops syncing and will not connect to Bluetooth.  Im not sure what I need to do so my Fitbit stays connected. Please help!

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Hello @Meggo94 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to try the following:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > All day Sync and enable it. 
  4. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Give this a try and if your Versa is still not syncing correctly or disconnecting from the phone's Bluetooth, please let us know.
