Cant factory reset my versa

Hey everybody needing some help!! 

So some how not sure how I put my pin in on my versa to many times wrong ( it was on my wrist I was sitting in the car and didn't touch it unless it got bumped??) I tried to change my pin on the app so many times kept coming up coming up error so I decided to forget the versa off my phone and factory reset the versa but now it won't reset after trying the hold the 3 buttons down till the logo appears twice then hold the 2 buttons down wait for a strong vibration,  well the first bit works but no strong vibration.  So now it keeps coming up that I need to unlock my versa by my phone but I can't now because it's deleted off my phone and I can't sync it back as when it asks for the code it won't show it just the message unlock by phone!!  Can anyone help me please 😫🙏🙏😭

@Sammygirlmorton Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you can't unlock your Versa. Ideally you would be able to follow these instructions but you have already unpaired your device. I could see that you have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.

Hey so they ended up sending me a new versa, apparently when there was a system upgrade it ended up putting a virus in it so I had to send my versa back and they replaced it with a new one.. Go to fitbit live chat that's what I did and they will proceed with a case number and will start emailing you
