Update -
If you were having this issue, try resetting your wifi within the app. I had to set my versa right next to my phone, on the charger, and make three attempts. It finally worked. Old data not previously synced is now synced.
Original post with description of problem:
Since 5/22 my versa will not sync, the date coincides with the last update.
To troubleshoot I have:
Done a force quit on the app multiple times,
Turned off and turned back on bluetooth multiple times,
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
It appears to be affecting the sleep data, and the running parts the most. There's no data on my sleep since 5/21, and I have slept! 😉 Regarding recording runs - for example, after yesterday's run my steps were recorded, but not my data. The versa did operate during the run.
Please advise.

Hi @Suzanne165
Glad to hear you're back on track. When you said "reset WifI", did you mean reset Bluetooth. The Versa only uses WiFi for music and firmware updates. It doesn't come into play with syncs.
