My ionic has worked find for months. Woke this morning to find screen saying hi...get started with Fitbit.com/setup.
I've uninstalled the app...reinstalled...turned off bluetooth + back on again. Gone through whole setup procedure several times. Had problems connecting to wifi...one minute it is...next it's not. It won't sync with my phone. Can't get past setup screen on watch even once gone through the setup procedure. Any help would be appreciated. Its taken me all day so far to get nowhere. Says there is an update but it said failed after nearly 2 hours of trying to install. I'm really fed up!

Thanks for everything that you have tried and what has happened during the set up.
In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to restart the connection between the Ionic and your phone. You can do this by following these steps:
That will do the trick and get your Ionic connected and syncing again.
