Sleep won't sync, watch not syncing with phone, Note9.  Downloaded latest update.  Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Phone records sleep, watch reading the same for 3 days.Very inconsistent.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details on the matter. 

 

If the app is not syncing then that would explain why sleep is not showing correctly. In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article to get your Fitbit to sync correctly.
