Versa issues "again" and support

Yesterday I phoned support "support" highly overrated word, anyway I was told that my Versa Watch was no longer supported on my tablet (Samsung Tab A) I would have to access my stuff through my phone but after reading on here that doesn't seem possible either I have (Samsung S7 Edge).   I get updates happen but why do the updates always seem to support people spending more money on new electronics in order to use my $200.00 waste of a watch that hasn't work (synced) since I purchased it over a year ago.

 

I just updated my tablet and now my tablet no longer recognizes my Versa at all.

 

I'm pretty much over this watch and Fitbit in general, absolutely aggravates me dealing with this mess every stinking day.

Are you using the new Samsung Tab A? If so, then that's the same as mine - which is working fine. Have you tried the normal things when we get syncing / connection issues?
