Cannot access default responses to texts etc

@Djsgirl1992 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

 

Let me help you with your quick replies on your Versa. For this feature you need an Android device running OS version 7 or higher. If you do have a compatible phone then log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in and make sure the app is up to date. Also restart your Versa. Finally follow these instructions to setup the feature.
