Hello everyone I need your help.
I just got a fitbit versa specil edition.
My phone is samsung s8. The phone is up to date and yes the bluetooth is turned on.
I have tried rebooting resetting the app phone and fitbit. I unpared teh versa several times
It will connect to the wifi and turn on no problem the watch but it will not update the tracker software.
And it will only show the white logo on the watch and sometimes if it doesnt sync it will show download the fitbit app with the blue fitbit sympbol.
Can anyone help me out ??????
