Versa not doing time and sync

My versa wont sync the time is going wrong and is an hour or more  behind

Mine is also doing the same after I updated it. Currently 20 min off from the time displayed on my phone and sometimes even more. Seems to just randomly be off. Syncing doesn't fix it.

Thanks my have completely gone so I have emailed Fitbit and they answered
and investigations

Mine is doing the same ! 

Not syncing and time getting slower and slower. 

Forcing sync has worked twice in the last 4 days. 

 

Why cant you find a contact number or email for fitbit 😡
