I've been having issues receiving text notifications on my device since getting a new phone. I just switched from an iPhone to a Samsung galaxy s10e and even after pairing the device and making sure notifications are on, I only receive a few texts on my versa. I will have texts on my phone but my versa says there are no notifications. Other times I will get one notification on the versa but subsequent text messages do not result in a notification. What do I do?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa since it's not receiving notifications from your phone. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the notifications feature works properly.

I had the same problem . Discovered if I was using the message+ it would not work. I had to.use the other message app for it to work. Try that.

The one that had a red background with white chat bubbles (message+). When you set up the phone you should see this one as an option. Choose this one. I tried to take a screen shot of it but could not get it to work.
