All my other apps are sending my watch notifications except my Ring doorbell app. I have it checked in the list of app notifications but it still won't go to my versa watch. I think the Ring app updated last week and now for some reason I'm not getting notifications on my watch even though I'm still getting them on my phone and they are selected in the Fitbit app list.

I was wondering the same thing and just about to post. 🙂 I'm still not getting Ring notifications. I hope they fix this asap!!!

Are you investigating this issue and working on a fix yet? I just bought the Versa 2 and I'm very disappointed that Ring notifications don't work on it. These are critical notifications. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting and nothing works, still don't receive them on Fitbit eventhough my phone receives them. I didn't have this issue with my Samsung gear fit2. If you are not working on a fix I will need to return my Fitbit and go back to Samsung watch. Please provide an update ASAP.

Same issue for me, tried clearing app memory, reinstalling, still not getting Ring notifications.
I am using:
Google Pixel 3 XL
Android 10
Ring App 3.18.4
Fitbit App 3.7
Versa Lite firmware 38.69.9.15

I contacted ring and they told me it wasnt on their end. Not sure I believe that. But what they said

It wouldn't be an issue with Ring since the notifications are working properly on our phones. The issue is fitbit is not displaying the notifications on their device eventhough we have enabled the notifications for Ring in the Fitbit app.

I find it odd that messages from Ring community notify me on my Versa, but after one of the last updates to the versa app, alerts from the ring cameras no longer notify me on the watch. Hopefully, the Versa devs can fix this

I'm having the same issue on this. Worked fine prior to the big update. This is killing me, I really don't like having my phone vibration back on just cause one app can't talk to fitbit.

Was having issue with both Arlo Security Camera and Ring doorbell notifications not sending to watch, although they appear on the phone. After Fitbit update three days ago Arlo notifications are now working but not Ring.

Notifications work on my wife's Charge 3 but I get nothing on my Versa. I hope it gets rectified soon, this thread is nearly a month old.

Same problem here. I have had my versa since 1st release, and this is the first time I've had problems not receiving notifications. It's only the Ring App that is not coming through. Versa team, when will you have this fixed?!
