Versa not responding after factory reset due to BLUETOOTH SYNC problem

My Versa would not SYNC with my phone Fitbit app due to Bluetooth issues (My Android phone's Bluetooth just works fine) Restarting the Watch and Phone many times along with restarting Bluetooth didn't help me, so I did a Factory Reset and now my watch is just showing the Fitbit logo and telling me to install the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and it brings up my usual account but the watch is still showing Fitbit logo. When I go to add a 'new device' to the app it cannot find my watch, due to this Sync problem (Bluetooth). I'm losing faith in this watch now and I am not happy at all, I've had it bought just a few weeks before, and it's been fine up until a few days ago. The message service seems closed now and now I have no watch and a useless app. Please help me ASAP! P.S. I have read all the community answers and the troubleshooting remedies nothing works as of now.

The exact thing happening to me.  Nothing I follow to do has worked. I'm very frustrated.  No solution yet.

Hello Janet (hooochiema) here. I FIGURED IT OUT AFTER TWO DAYS. HERE IT
IS... GO ON GOOGLE AND TYPE IN SETUP VERSA.SEARCH. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE
ACCOUNT FROM BEFORE TYPE IN YOUR OLD LOG IN. YOU MUST HAVE WATCH IN
CHARGER AND PLUGED IN AND VERY CLOSE RANGE TO PHONE. MAKE SURE YOUR
SETTINGS ON PHONE HAVE WIFI AND BLUE TOOTH ON. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.IT WORKS.

Hey guys.

 

I unpaired the Versa from my Android device and again started the process of syncing after the Factory Reset and it worked for me. Now I have the Fitbit syncing with Versa. Try out unpairing the Versa from your Bluetooth Settings in Android monile.
