Versa not showing notifications

My versa 3 has worked great for a couple months now all of a sudden it is synced but will not show notifications... I have tried everything I can think of and nothing is working.  I have a Samsung A51 phone

Have you checked the setup instructions @Chair1 

Is power management disabled for the fitbit app?
