Synchronization error since September

Hey,

I have since summer 2018 the Fitbit Charge 3.
I really like to wear this every day, however, since September nothing is synced with my app.
My phone is the Huawei P Smart.

I have done the following things several times:
- Phone on and off
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- Logged out and logged in to the app
- Restarted the clock several times
- Loaded the Fibit app on my tablet, there is no sync there either

What can I do? Do I need to send the watch in?
I ask for a feedback!

It is so annoying as I can't see my progress.

@marlenemarlene, has there been a change to your phone since it last synced 4 months ago?  In your phone Settings->Bluetooth does it show your Charge 3 as a connected device?

Hey,

Thank you, for the answer.
Everything worked, but since the end of April nothing syncs again.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, turned phone on and off, charged Fitbit watch and also restarted.

The app just won't connect to the watch anymore, let alone Bluetooth
I disconnected my phone and the watch, since then my phone can't find the watch.

What can I do?

Looking forward to your feedback.

Ps: I have the Fitbit Charge 3 since summer 2018 and the phone Huawei P Smart.

Since you have used both the phone and the tablet. Make sure that the one device is off when trying to sync through the other device.

Is your tracker connected to your fitbit account?

Trying to connect the tracker to the phones Bluetooth will be rejected. Everything needs to be done through the app.

The tablet is turned off and not connected to the clock.

My watch was last connected to the app at the end of April, since then there has been no synchronization.
