Versa not syncing 7/6/2022

My Versa will not sync to my android app since early this afternoon.  I've rebooted my phone twice.

Hello @Rumerhasit 

Go to your Bluetooth settings on your Android and look to see if your Versa is showing as connected to your Bluetooth. If so try turning your Bluetooth off, shut your phone down for 1-2 mins then restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on. Go to your a Fitbit App and try to sync your Versa now. If the problem persist try restarting your Versa by pushing and holding the button on your Versa until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa vibrate letting you know the Versa has completed restarting. Now again go to the Fitbit App and try to sync your Versa to the a Fitbit App.
