 My versa is counting steps and calories, but not showing any info in App or on the web dashboard. Very frustrated. Tried all recommendations for syncibg....

By all of the recommendations, are you referring to the ones in this help article? If so, I'd like to recommend that you try giving them another shot and go through all of them in order. They should help in this situation.
