Versa not syncying

I have just purchased a fitbit versa snd since friday 7 december it hasn't synced all apps are up today

 Any suggestions

Try removing it from acct. and reconnecting it, that worked for me before.

Only had it 2 weeks changed to this one as had trouble with the fitbit i had

I did that and it sync but it has not synced since.  

 

Surely you shouldn't have to do this all the time?
