I just got the 3.7 versa update this morning. Everything seems to be working fine except, the vibration and quick view (or preview pop up) when notifications come through.
Phone Style:
Samsung Galaxy S9
What I can still see/is happening:
- the notifications still show when I swipe down from the top
- calls are still coming through properly (vibration happens)
- notification to move when I need to take more steps for the hour
What is not happening:
- vibration when a notification (text message, email, etc) comes through
- quick view or preview of message when it comes through
Everything is turned on in the settings on both my phone and on the fitbit device. They've been restarted multiple times since the update.
The main reason I got the watch was so that I didn't have to look at my phone everytime a notification came through. Without the vibration and quick view I do not know when this happens. So right now I'm not pleased with this update. If it could be fixed asap, that would be great. Thanks.
I did try twice to do the online chat support and it kept losing connection while I was on there, so I kinda gave up on that.

Did this issue ever get resolved? I've been going through the same thing for about a month and I seem to be having issues with my watch syncing to my phone.
