my fitbit versa is not vibrating while receiving a call from Whatsapp, however I can receive the messages from Whatsapp also the regular calls notifications is received and my fitbit is vibrating, i've been using android (Samsung A51), it is because of the mobile phone or it is an issue from my fitbit?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if this issue is occurring with the WhatsApp phone call notification or with regular phone calls too? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your Versa and let me know if the issue persists.
