Not receiving notifications on Versa 2 with Samsung S10e

Hi.  I have a Samsung S10e. Just got my Versa 2 set up last night and all seems to be fine except I'm not getting any notifications (calls/texts) on it. I checked the settings and they are turned on and everything is synced. Suggestions?  I'm sure I'm just missing something.

Since you're a new Fitbit user, I recommend you to check all the information and details that are specified on our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit Versa 2 are correctly configured. If so, you can also try the troubleshooting steps that are specified in there.
